Our non-profit organization has used Booklets Print for our annual magazine for about five years now, and each issue is as beautiful as the last. Moreover, the turnaround time is seven week days, from submitting our PDF to receiving printed copies in California. And the price can't be beat (we've done comparisons). Our latest project was two-fold: a children's book in a coil-bound 8.5 x 11 edition and then the same book, with additions, in a 6 x 9 trade paperback. Again, BP produced excellent quality, and as-promised turnaround (a little longer because of more complex bindings). Even with the time difference between California and Poland, we were almost always able to get timely answers to questions that arose. Yanis and the whole team are to be commended, and we are very grateful. One other comment: The website for bookletsprint.com could use a little adjustment to help users, for example explaining what "one-side 4/color" means in different types of products, because it's not as straightforward as it would seem, and depends on how a particular publication has to be printed.

Easy file upload, fast proof return, fast print and shipping. I have noticed that the boxes take a lot of damage by the time they arrive to me in the United States but so far all of my printed materials have been in good shape even though the boxes are all but destroyed on the outside.
